REGISTRATION FOR ELEMENTARY FAITH FORMATION 
is now open!

Programs offered at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish

To register, please visit the Faith Formation Office during our regular business hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. When you come to register, please bring a copy of your child’s baptism certificate, if they are baptized or a copy of their birth certificate if they are unbaptized. Registration will not be accepted without the appropriate certificate.

DEADLINE TO REGISTER for Elementary Faith Formation is September 30 (if you register after September 1, the cost increases by $10).

Sacramental Preparation for First Reconciliation and First Communion
For Elementary children, grades 1-5, who are baptized in the Roman Catholic Faith, Sacramental preparation is a two school-year process. While many children begin the two year process as early as First Grade, we offer Year I courses for children grades 1-5. It is never too late to start.

Sacramental Preparation for Unbaptized Children over the age of 6
For Elementary children, grades 1-5, this Sacramental Preparation is for unbaptized children or children baptized in another Faith Tradition and wish to become Catholic. It is two school-year program and is modeled on the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults adapted for Children. 

Ongoing formation after the celebration of the above Sacraments
For Elementary children, grades 3-5 who wish to continue to be formed in the faith and explore the love of God in a deeper way, we offer ongoing formation sessions based on the child's grade level.

You will choose from the following elementary session days/times:

Tuesdays at 5 pm
OR
Wednesdays at 6pm
OR
Thursdays at 5pm

 Classes start first week of October! 

Our Elementary Faith Formation sessions are served by volunteer Catechists and Assistants. If you are over 18 years of age and would like more information on how to volunteer, please contact our Director.
